Steel Fabrication
Our Structure allows us to fabricate 100 tons of structural steel per week. Our software, equipment and inner efficiency insure that we meet schedules with quality fabrication. From idea to fabrication, our highly knowledgeable and skillful staff will be there every step of the way to ensure that your project meets your expectations.
3D Modeling Software
Our Detailing Team uses Tekla structures, a cutting edge 3D modeling software designed to provide the highest level of construct-ability and production control. We're able to provide a more collaborative and integrated detailing approach for our customers.
Equipment
18" saw - cuts steel 18" tall to 18" wide.
12 foot shear - shears plates up to 1/2" thick.
320 ton press break - bends 1/2" plate up to 12'. Able to step form AR plate liners.
90 ton and 70 ton Piranha Iron Worker used for base plates and angle clips.
Three 5 ton overhead cranes and a 2 ton crane

Plasma Cutting
Design & Cutting.
CNC Plasma Cutting on a 60" x 120" Water-table. Up to 1/2" plate thickness. We can cut Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel & Aluminum.
We are able to accelerate production, cut costs, reduce scrap and master very tight measurement tolerances. Because of the quality of our operation
Press Brake
Part of our fabrication expertise is the ability to use our press brakes. Our layout software for the press brakes can sequence the proper bends so we make most efficient use of the material and time. Used in conjunction with our CNC cutting machines, formed parts can be sequenced and formed very quickly and accurately.
Drill Line
Drill Line with CNC integration - this machine is used to drill holes with maximum accuracy. Fabercation drawings are converted into a CNC ready file and imported directly into the drill line. We can process one drill hole in 10 seconds with 100% accuracy.

SteelCon, Inc is a family owned and operated business, founded in 2000.
We are a leader in the manufacturing of structural steel for industrial and commercial construction. Our projects range from hospitals, correctional facilities to electrical substations throughout Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region. Since opening in 2000 we have grown from 5 employees to our current staff count of 25. Our facility has grown from a 1,500 sq ft shop to a 22,000 sq ft shop with an additional 5 acres of yard space. In addition to the physical growth of the company, we have acquired top of the line equipment which maximizes our efficiency and quality. To cutting edge 3D modeling software, designed to provide the highest level of construct-ability and production control. Our software provides integrated estimating, drawing management, material management, and shipping verification.
